1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery within the U.S. takes approximately 5 to 8 business days.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at woijuvent@gmail.com or call us at (208) 500-2466. Once the order ships, we cannot guarantee changes.
6. Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
7. How do I request a return or refund?

8. Are your products final sale?
Most items can be returned unless marked as final sale. Final sale items are clearly noted on the product page.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
